Day #4 Level 1 Done. Cals burned: 221 Pushups and side lunges were easier today than before! Calf muscles have been hurting since Day #2. Hopefully, they will go away SOON!

Day #3 Level 1 Done. Cals burned: 221 I had to push myself to get off the couch to do it today. My calves are still very sore. Felt great after!! :)
