I just started! I did day 2 yesterday, and will do day 3 today. I am so sore, but excited to see how this changes me!

I always take a rest day, but I also have shin splints (getting better with my change in shoes), and I need that day for now. I'm hoping when I'm way more in shape and lighter that I can run daily. I just started doing 30 day shred to compliment my running. The DVD is cheap and it really works a lot of muscles!

Finished W2D3yesterday! Bought the rest of the app and I'm ready to tackle W3D1 tomorrow! I am a little off on my schedule because I don't always get to run if I'm working and gone for14-15 hours. I'd love to start running before work though.

I think I'd be okay with walking some of it..I mean, heck, when I started, even running for 60 seconds was pushing it for me!

Thanks for all of the advice! I do drink a lot of shakes and have meal bars, which I know isn't the best, but I work a job where I rarely get any breaks (no short breaks OR meal breaks). So I used to eat my breakfast and not get to eat again until dinner time or later. So to help that, I bring bars or shakes that I can eat…

Dang I thought I was doing good on protein today!!! I did exercise a bit today, so my allowed calories are higher for the day. I will get more protein in for dinner with some veggies I hope.

Set an alarm and drink when it goes off! I like this! I may need to have a goal for myself like....two glasses by 10 AM, four glasses by 1 PM, ect...

Thanks everyone for all of the advice! And for the tough love. You're right....how much do I really WANT this? It's just like adding exercise or eating fewer calories...it's a choice I need to make.
