Already ahead off you!! Done my 3 runs in Week 1, going to start week 2, run 1 tonight. I found week 1 easy but will let you know how week 2 starts tonight for me...fingers crosssed!! :D wish i started it sooner!!!

I am aiming to start going further eventually....going to try going a bit further each time i go out from now on and try biuld up my stamina until i can get a decent time or at least go further without having to stop.
