  • I'm a huge fan of walking! I lost appx. 75 lbs walking and following the MFP calorie reccomendations since 12/8/11. I have always loved walking. Even when I weighed a crowd pleasing 371 lbs. I have a Omron pedometer and try hard to walk 15,000-20,000 steps/day.
