My question is should I be exercising in the Fat Burning Zone (for me is under 124 BPM) or shouold I stay in the Fitness Zone?…
Anyone use the Cleary Lake Trail for exercising? I just came across it recently and love it. Anyone know of any other good trail systems in the metro area?
I try very hard to make sure what it eat everyday is very accurate but one thing is driving me crazy. Tonight I grilled a very nice New York steak and after grilling it weighed 3.9 oz. Most of what I read says that a serving size for a man should be approx. 6 oz. So should it be weighed before or after cooking?
