Since I am gluten intolerant and cannot eat real breadsticks or pizza crust, I super appreciate these kinds of recipes because "gluten free" crusts and breads just aren't nutritionally sound. They are filled with starches and sometimes taste like cardboard. So, thumbs up to this recipe! :D I love cauliflower recipes.…

For overall health...? I exercise for my health first and foremost, not JUST to lose weight.

I can completely relate with you. As odd as it sounds, it is really difficult to deal with the psychological stresses that come along with weight loss. A few years ago I lost about 100 pounds (in about a 14 month span), and I was so excited at first that I figured out a way of eating and exercising that worked for me, but…

Usually I just workout whenever I have time during the day, but lately I've been really feeling the morning workouts. My day ends up being a lot more…

Honestly, most people gain weight when they first go gluten free because they try to replace everything with "GF certified" products,…

I shop at a local Co-op, so my prices are doubled compared to a typical grocery store...but for myself I spend roughly $150 (give or take) a week. I should also make note that I am gluten intolerant so I literally only buy produce and meats (which are really expensive at a Co-op). When I used to shop at a regular grocery…

Your body does need rest from certain activities, that doesn't mean you have to have a day you don't work out. I am at the gym 7 days a week, but I rotate between Kickboxing, Zumba, interval training, and weight training. My "rest" day is actually a moderate session on an elliptical, enough to get my heart rate into a…

I've been stuck the past couple weeks, so I would love to join! I'll go with the goal of losing 5lbs (and hope for more)!
