I looked at your diary's last entry you are not eating enough. you should be eating at the very minimum 1200 calories a day and you need at least one gram of protein per pound of body weight. If you don't eat enough your body will go into starvation mode and hold onto everything there fore you wont lose weight.

I have a low resting heart rate as well around 60 per minute, and I notice I burn more calories lifting weights than cardio and my max doesn't go above 150 no matter what I do. I can burn about 300 calories doing 45 minutes of weights and if I did the same 45 minutes of steady cardio it would be about 200

What a neat idea! At my house we have a variety of weights and we also use the select tech adjustable weights. I am a 42 year old female and I try to lift as heavy as possible for about 8-10 reps as stated before women do not bulk it is genetically impossible since we lack high testosterone levels. so forget the pink…

I usually work out around the time the kids are going to bed, if I decide to have a snack its usually hot air popped popcorn no butter or salt, I have heard people who toss it with a bit of olive oil and add some type of flavoring but Ilove it plain low calorie and fiber

I have IBS type symptoms when I eat certain dairies like ice cream, cheese seems to be okay. and also when I used to raid my kids snack cabinet. I have been trying to eat clean and healthy lately and it seems to have curbed the symptoms for the most part. Every so often though they come back and so I take an immodium and…
