? about sugar
I have a quick question about sugar. I go over my alloted amount of sugar pretty much everyday. Most of my sugar comes from real whole fruit. I eat very little refined sugar and I dont do juice. My question is.... is this okay or should I cut down on the amount of fruit I eat??

I know this sounds weird but I have been eating alot of cheese lately. I love it especially Cabot's seriously sharp cheddar will some please tell me that this obsession in nutritously sound and healthy because if its not I would like to stop before it gets out of control:happy:

JUST CURIOUS IF ANYONE KNOWS JUST HOW ACCURATE DIGITAL SCALES WITH FAT PERCENTAGE OPTION ARE?? LAST WEEK MINE SAID 25.7 PERCENT FAT AND TODAY IT WAS UP ALMOST 2 PERCENT. I WEIGH THE SAME AND MY CLOTHES FIT THE SAME. HOW ACCURATE ARE THESE NUMBERS???:huh:
