I LOG IN MY FOOD INTAKE EVERYDAY AND TRY TO BE AS PRECISE ON QUANTITY AMOUNTS AS POSSIBLE BUT IT SEEMS LIKE I AM ALWAYS UNDER MY GOAL. I FEEL LIKE I EAT ENOUGH I AM NEVER REALLY HUNGARY. HOW DO I ADD IN MORE NUTRITIONAL CALORIES? I DONT WANT TO EAT EMPTY CALORIES JUST TO REACH THE 1200 LIMIT PLUS DO I REALLY NEED TO ADD IN THE EXTRA 200-400 FOR THE ONES BURNED DURING EXERCISE?:indifferent:

This topic may help. Try eating nuts or a nut butter, drinking milk, adding olive oil or butter to your vegetables.:flowerforyou:

Everyone will tell you to eat your exercise calories. I do not. I have found the number of calories that I need to loose weight and stay close to my 1200. Almost everyday it tell me I may be in starvation mode. If I eat all my aloted calories I am over full and miserable. Each of us has to figure out what works for us0
