I'm not quite to my last 20 but close, I heard that taking cold showers can help with the last stubborn lbs you have to lose. Oh and drink lots of water ice cold water :)

I actually go with my husband and do exactly what he does :) obviously lighter weights and more reps, I love it. It makes me feel strong, and my husband is there to help me, I've gotten pretty strong with dumbell rows, I also love doing tire flips

If you feel comfortable with a bikini do it ! But if not go with the tankini, you want to enjoy your vacation not be constantly worried about your body. Or have a cover up with you that you can tie around your waist. Either way you will be beautiful I think you look great in your pic

In note to artificially sweetened drinks also applys to gluten free,if you don't need to eat gf then don't because they are taking out the grains and replacing it with something artificial. I have lost 20 lbs doing slim fast, swimming for an hour and strength training an hour for five days. I cheat on weekends. It's been since march. However slim fast has lots of sugar so I'm switching it up this week to see if there is any difference with slim fast it was 1-1.5 lbs aweek lost maybe give it a shot

Humm well my meals and snacks are around 110 calories besides dinner but the thing is I'm not ever really hungry so I don't want to eat more... I burn like 750 calories from swimming in just an hour so it shoots my calories way up.. I'm afraid if I eat more especially if I'm not hungry I will just gain but I guess I won't…

Like people said you can't Target one area but it seems I'm losing a lot of my thighs/ booty I was a size 11 and I'm almost back to a 7. I swim everyday half of that workout is just pure kicking I also do various strength workouts a the most tiresome kick your butt is anything that requires you to squat :)

Surprisingly breast stroke can burn a lot ! If you are actually swimming it as if you are racing. Of coarse the best stroke is butterfly and the hardest most tiresome.
