  • The best way of tracking it would be with a heart rate monitor because otherwise you won't have the "true" calories that you burned! Plus knowing the EXACT calories YOU burned will give you much more drive and determination to continue..It works for me!!! Good luck and Happy Holidays
  • I agree. Shakeology is good but very overpriced! Thanks for the infor on the other shakes. I'm going to look into those! I use the GNC Lean Shakes and they aren't bad either!
