I was just about to make a post about this...might as well just put it here...lol I joined MFP in May...and it set my calories at 1730 to lose 2lbs. I thought I was pretty strict with sticking with my calories but I saw that a lot of days I wasn't even eating all my calories and not eating back exercise cals. Long story…

A lot of times I dont eat all my calories because most evenings...with work and trying to get to the gym, and then coming home and trying to cook something, it is 830 and 9pm a lot of nights before I am able to eat. Because of the late hour, I opt not to eat. Should I go ahead and eat...just to get the cals in?
