Is anyone using a hrm to count calories burned during a session of the Power 90 DVDs? Just looking for a general idea of cals burned during the workouts.

walmart rotissourie chicken
Just had some Rotis. Chicken from walmart and was kinda surprised at the calorie content. it was about 200 cals per 3 oz with a good bit of fat also. Is this just because they are averaging the whole chicken into the equation? DARK MEAT? Would I be cheating myself if I just ate the breast to just count it as reg baked…

BUMMED TO THE MAX!
I have been following this MFP thing pretty consistantly for 3 weeks. I dont get exercise in everyday, but at least 3 times a week if not more. I have just begun the SL 5x5 and the Couch25k programs. I dont think I have gone over my calorie limit one single day. The first two weeks I dropped a total of 5 pounds. YEAH!...…

DAILY CALORIES
I havent posted a weight loss just yet as this is only my 3rd day. Is it safe to say that I should expect to see my daily calorie allowance drop as I lose weight? Or is the daily calorie allowance based on the goal weight that I entered when I set up the account?
