I havent posted a weight loss just yet as this is only my 3rd day. Is it safe to say that I should expect to see my daily calorie allowance drop as I lose weight? Or is the daily calorie allowance based on the goal weight that I entered when I set up the account?

    It uses a fixed deficit of calories based on your chosen weight loss rate.

    After 10 lbs of loss it prompts you to recalculate.
