Just had some Rotis. Chicken from walmart and was kinda surprised at the calorie content. it was about 200 cals per 3 oz with a good bit of fat also. Is this just because they are averaging the whole chicken into the equation? DARK MEAT? Would I be cheating myself if I just ate the breast to just count it as reg baked chicken breast or something?

They are probably averaging, but the biggest problem with these chickens is the sodium. Usually incredibly high.0
