More protein and fiber especially at breakfast! I get like that when I work out, hungry ALL THE TIME. But if I eat a big enough, balanced (protein, fiber, good carbs) breakfast it helps.

Psh I don't have time to warm up. Well, I do a 2 minute walk before running on the treadmill, then stretch really quick after. I know I should do more but I would rather use the time to burn calories.

Am I replying right? Yeah, I love wine and I manage 2 days a week now not drinking. I'm working up to 3 days! That is also the main reason I gained weight. So yeah, you're not alone. I even stopped logging on weekends, it's just too many calories!

I have the same problem but I called in sick today and I want to excercise! I'm thinking maybe all the endorphins will make me feel better and make my cold shorter. I guess if that's not the case maybe I'll just walk. :grumble:

I should start drinking more water before dinner anyway. Ur right I cant eat if I'm in the bathroom! I'll try an earlier dinner too and bring healthy snacks to work. I guess it's all about willpower for me. Thanks for the tips guys! It's great to have some support!!:flowerforyou:

I've been doing pretty good with my eating habits during the morning and lunchtime. I work with kids and we have snack at about 3:30 which is when I start eating the most! After about 5:00 I grab whatever food I can find and stuff my face with and I can't stop!! Does anyone have any tips for controlling impulsive eating…
