  • I usually eat oatmeal with strawberries and 2 tablespoons of nuts. About 300 cal i think. Its filling and your get good fats and protien from the nuts. Also i cant eat egg white sometimes i eat 2 eggs and applegate turkey bacon with a orowheat think roll-i slice. also around 300 cal and lots of protien in that meal.
  • you can add fruit and nuts or even train mix! makes it yummy and adds some protien if use nuts too. :-)
  • I think if you really want to watch your carb intake it is best to eat them early and not late. My trainer suggests a protien rich dinner and carbs in the morning. I love bread so cutting it out sucks. Sometimes i eat Ezekiel bread. Its in the freezer section and if you toast it, it can be ok.....
  • I actually liked it. I have stopped traffic once. Guys were saying how pretty i am and where i was going. I gotta admit it is very flattering! Also, it was when I was much much bigger. LOL!
  • Your list makes sense. Everything my trainer has always told me. Its difficult but do-able. Everyone is different but a lot if not all on your list makes for healthy lifestyle. :-):smile:
  • i am chesty and a runner and what i have to do is wear a regular bra-usually racer back AND a sports bra. not as uncomfortable as you think and i am fully supported.
  • if you are not big on red meat i suggest chicken-grilled or baked. there is tonz of things to do with chicken. also fish a good protien. any kind of nut butter is good. if you really want to cut carbs and gain protien look up the paleo diet. it did not work for me...but i need my carbs. they dont want any grains but there…
  • sounds and looks to me like you wanna lean out and look cut. i suggest investing in a personal trainer with experince in what you want. i just started this site but i have had a personal trainer for a year and have lost 50 pounds and gotten much stronger. not cut cuz i still have about 50 pounds to lose among other reasons…
