I dont do gym i do two classes a week combat and zumba (would love to do pump but cant get a sitter!) that cost me £4 a session so 21.50 a month is good for only 2 a week and if you really enjoy it then thats all that matters. I do running at home circuit training and weights.

I can now buy a dress its amazing whereas a few years back i was sizde uk 16 on top and size uk 10 on the bottom!!!! its sooo frustrating isnt it

My sis in law has just lost 3 stone and only went down a size. I used to have very large boobs for many years despite my weight ( 8st 13lb - 11st ) they remained the same!! My fitness instructor is a herbalife distributor and i get the protein bars from her but dont do the program, i know a few who do and have and lost significantly but like above i think its impossible to stay on long term so we may as well change lifestyles properly eat heathily fresh and exercise frequently x

HI im 32 height 5 4.5" starting weight was 160lbs (11st 6lbs) size 14 just! weight now 144 (10st 4lbs) size 12/14 Still a 14 on top but decent sized boobs so not sure wether i'll make a 12 Goal weight between 127-133lbs (9st 1lb - 9st 7lb)

Totally agree with the lady above, I work in a sports store and you have to get your feet assessed properly and yes all brands worth the weight do different trainers to cover all different needs and the prices vary alot.

not sure on my shape was very top heavy a few years ago but have had them reduced and now realise I have wide hips and apparently a fairly small ribcage but still a decent size on top!! between a hourglass and a spoon probably will know more when Ive lost the weight!

I have only just started and for the last 2 nites I have saved 100 cals (2 finger kitkat) 4 b4 bed and then gone to bed early (10PM) It did work and I get more sleep so double bonus!!
