    I'm in the UK. I used to be very active (I used to run & cycle long distances) but had a recurring sports injury in 2011 which eventually required 8 months rest from most CV. I re-joined the gym last week. I like spinning and body pump. I do pilates and yoga and walk our dog. I live with my man a dog and a cat.
