I'm 5 ft 6 and 3/4 lol that 3/4 makes all the difference :-) I'm currently 137 but want to be 130. I'm a uk size 10. I have quite muscular arms and legs but to reveal those abs i could do with dropping a few lbs - not going to happen this side of christmas though.

Hi there, Thanks all for your advice, i am very careful with my food and understand mfp may be miscalculating the number of calories burned, i will look into purchasing a heart rate monitor, whilst my day job is mainly answering phones or reception duty i always go out at lunch either on my bike or by foot, get about 50…

Hi there, I know you said no eggs but i have the same problem as i'm vegetarian and looking towards low carb. Not sure if you have quorn products where you are but i use a strip of quorn bacon, chicken, tukkey (meat alternative) cheese, crack an egg in it and whack it in the oven, it changes it up a bit from the usual…

hey grandevampire, many thanks for your informative response, maybe i'm overthinking it. I'm not sure if the amounts on mfp is measured overall in grams but it has my protein at 190 something and my carbs at 149 which i may need to look at lowering. My sugar count is minimal. i will re *kitten* fibre and how i can up that…

Hey thank you for that, i guess us ladies obsess too much with the weight on the scales. I know i can see small changes in the mirror, more defined shoulders, tighter tum but i have only just recently changed my macros to 40/40/20. so i'm hoping this will help, How do you pack the protein in with going over the fat? Sorry…
-
Hiya, thank you so much for that, i am hoping this is the case. I'm struggling to get my protein in without going over the fat allowance also. I will try not to look at the scales until i'm on month 2 & have a lovely weekend :-)

Hi there, any ideas for low fat low sugar meals & should i be concerned about going over sugar if it is fruit and vegetables that i am eating? thank you in advance people

Nope course not, i love Insanity. It's kinda addictive once you get into it & It's changed my diet perspective also because once i've had that work out i don't want to eat rubish and defeat the hard work i have put in. It's a challenge but a rewarding one, go for it!

Hi there, Thank you both for your advice, staceypunk that sounds great & it's good to hear from somebody who is around the same height and build as me. Bradhall so informative thank you. I did get the nutrition guide with the insanity pack but i fell into the trap of thinking it was too much for me. Have adjusted my macros…

Have you completed month 2 and how are you finding it? My calorie intake seems to be about right but i'm concerned about the macros mfp automatically sets and should…
