Fat loss not weight loss
hi everybody, The focus on here tends to be pounds lost. But I lift so I have put on a few lbs, but I'm a dress size smaller when I started this journey have defined tris, biceps, quads and a peachy *kitten*! So ladies don't focus too much on the scale or bmi it's body composition and inches lost :-)

advice needed, eating too little?
