I weighed myself Friday morning then again this morning (Monday) . I don't have a set day when I weigh myself. I should set a day though, Friday mornings sounds good to me. I usually get onto the scale once a week at the least.

Think Thin bars are delicious they do not even taste like your normal protein bar AT ALL.... Best Flavors are creamy peanut butter and Chocolate Brownie. They are about $2.00 each better to get a box which contains 5 or 6 for about $6.00 at your local Target Store. As far as Meal Replacement shakes I like the Kate Farms…

<Eating at 1,200 I've lost a little over 10 Lbs. It is hard some days I feel like I am starving others I am content with what I've had for the day. If it works for you GREAT.... SO far I am good on the 1,200!

Everyones response was INCREDIBLY HELPFUL.... I just dislike the last comment, when a person critics what I've misunderstood as far as BMI etc... as I am new to all the new healthy lifestyle thing. Not overly sensitive not at all.

BMI is a measure of body fat based on height and weight so I am guessing BODY FAT
