I've been burning between 300-400 calories Mon-Fri ( I eat back my burned calories depending on if I am hungry or not), I weighed myself today and I am 3 lbs heavier than I was FRIDAY MORNING!... Using the Nike Fuel band as the rep from Nike told me it's more of a motivating bracelet to get your behind in gear..... although I'am not sure about that... Anyone have success using this band?

32 YR OLD FEMALE 5'7 AT 28% BMI HELP.......................

Anyone still breastfeeding having a hard time loosing?
I been exclusively breastfeeding for 6 months as of yesterday. I have lost 10 lbs so far but it seems to have reached a limit. I have changed up my exercises eating more calories, eliminating calories, nothing seems to be working. Anyone hang onto their weight until they were done breastfeeding?
