ULTIMATELY I WOULD LIKE TO SHED 20 LBS, BUT IS 2 LBS A WEEK A LITTLE TO MUCH? IT SEEMS AT 1,200 CALORIES AFTER BREAKFAST I AM HUNGRY AGAIN RIGHT AFTER I AM NOT SURE THIS IS ENOUGH FOR ME DAILY. I'VE BEEN AT THE 1,200 DEAL FOR ABOUT 2 1/2 WEEKS NOW.

First of all - not sure if you know this but typing in all caps is like shouting when you're online. Please stop doing that...
Second, good question. Definitely one not enought people ask. Two pounds per week is too agressive for someone looking to lose 20 pounds. Try 1 pound per week or even 1/2 a pound per week.
P.S. If you exercise, be sure to log that and eat back at least half of the calories earned. Many listing overestimate calorie burn so be careful eating all of them back.If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal, and
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal.0 -
With only 20 to lose, a single pound a week is more reasonable. Depends on how patient you are. I'd at least dial up the calories to the point you can sustain it for the long haul and see what that gets you.0
