Im back with mfp after having a baby. i am as high as 173 and need to get to about 140. Last time using mfp i lost 20 pounds and im confident i can do it again, just a little harder with a baby. feel free to add me as a friend! Alyson

Brent have you tried cutting the peppers in half (like boats) ? They are so much easier to store and eat when you make them that way.

I eat fun and nutritional meals i just make. I pack my breakfast and lunch for work the night before so i don't make bad decisions when im hungry. On the weekends i take it one meal at a time.

find the calories for the chicken and noodles and call the broth about 200 cals to be safe. in the future ask him how he makes it so you can create a recipe in case he makes it again. thats what i do when my hubby cooks.

i like marie's salad dressing or wishbone. Its all pretty healthy as long as you weight and measure your serving size. Stay away from the creamy dressings

this is a condition she got after batteling lung cancer and beating it. She lost so much weight during kemo and put on so much after recovering.

she does see a nutritionist and it isnt helping that much. That is why im going to MFP "family" to see if anyone else has any luck

are you logging your exercise? you have to eat those calories. It is usually a slow start anyway.
