Thanks you guys! Yeah I guess I should have upped my calories slower but I know I maintain at 1950 Ish and don't want to not eat enough. Oh well trial and error I suppose but it sucks a bit! Guess I'll just deal with it lol

Okay thanks you guys, I just have heard so many different things, about carb cycling and so on so it's a bit confusing. I know it is calories in vs out for the most part but initially thought that insulin has to do with fat storage?

It's actually pretty easy to increase calories! Full fat stuff, nuts, protein shakes you can make them so caloric. Use whole milk, 2-3 scoops of protein powder, add flax seeds, banana, fruit, peanut butter an you can make that around 500-550 calories just by adding more things to it. The only liquids I drink are water and green tea (unsweetened ) But I do weigh my balsamic vinegar when I use it same with almond milk and like I said, I weigh all my fruits, meats, everything! Yes I eat around 120-138grams of protein :) and I would love to ditch the cardio and just do weight training but I thought to build muscle you have to be in a surplus

i have tried dandelion tea, only one glass though, made me pee more but did not see a difference and yeah it sucks :( i can literally almost fit my hole hand when i press into my stomach it feels like a water balloon...

I do planks and ab workouts 2-3x a week and no progress plus I thought you can't spot reduce areas? I don't really care about the weight id just like to lose this dumb layer of fat on my stomach
