  • I would like to join this challenge. I am 262 now and want to get at least down to 175. 165 would be nice but for my health I need to do this. I have lost and gained 20 pounds 4 times using a synthetic HCG diet and I just think the radical dieting has to go.

  • great job! I have been on here for a while but never checked out the community part of it until now. My personal friends I added do not interact much at all but I do appreciate them. I am 45 and I have at least 85 pounds to lose and it feels like a mountain to climb. It is inspiring to see some almost on the other side.…
