i love the calorie counter. i don't know how i got along without it before. its so nice to punch in something your about to eat and see if you can eat it or if your going to have to go out and jog in place for 15 minutes before you eat it.

i have had these before. you need to work on stretching the muscle in front of your leg. i can't remember what its called. I do know that if you run wit shin splints you can crack that bone up there. I've done that before and it took me 6 months to recover. i had to walk up steps sideways for 6 months, lol.

hey i even count typing! 70 minutes of it still burns over 100 calories. I looked it up.

you know you have to give in sometimes or you wil go crazy. just keep an eye on your calories and add a little exercise if you go over.

i have discovered that if i drink a cup of coffee when I'm hungry and I shouldn't eat anything i don't feel hungry and i have energy.

make sure you spend the money and get a good one. I bought a really cheap one and it counted 3 steps for ever step because it was shaking on my belt loop.

i find it very difficult to drink that much water a day. I'm southern so I'm a sweet tea drinker. Keep in mind that water is one of those things you can drink that tells your body its ok to burn fat. i think green tea is one also.

what are you doing during the day that could count as exercise. Even house work can he counted as exercise as it does burn calories to walk around and straiten things up. even plain old ordinary ironing burns calories because your on your feet. Try including those in your exercise diary to earn you more.

i seem to have a problem keeping my protein right on my calorie counter. do you think to much protein is really going to effect the amount of weight i loose?

Did you have something with a lot of salt in it last night? That will cause you to retain water.

women also loose weight differently than men. Most men are larger than the average woman and therefore will burn calories faster. A womans body has a habit of hanging onto its fat longer.

that does sound like a lot of calories. How many do you burn with your exercise? i burn nearly 900 and i still don't get to eat that many. Mine is a little over1800 but then i also have a desk job. If your on your feet and on the move most of the day that could be why.

I eat boiled eggs for breakfast and coffee with creamer, I love fish and fresh salads. My fresh lettuce will be picking size in the garden soon so this is awsome. Lots of fruit and veggies are good too. Multi grain breads if you simply must have bread.

You know, according to this calorie counter thing i can eat over 1800 calories a day since I exercise so much and still loose weight, but I never get anywhere near that. i just don't have a big appetite. yet the fat does not come off any faster :(.

I've heard of these being reffered to as hunger headaches. I'm not really sure what causes them, but you may want to add some low calorie snacks in the afternoon like fruit or something. Maybe your blood sugar is dropping too low.

Its ok, remember your doing weights too. Your probably building muscle faster than your loosing fat and muscle weighs more. Also as some of your muscles increase in size its going to make up for any fat that you've lost and there fore your clothes are going to fit the same or in some cases tighter. you should be proud of yourself for loosing so much in just two months. I have been working my *kitten* off (literally) for 6 months and only lost 10 pounds. you can do it, stay motivated.
