Good luck. I did something similar a few years ago and I ended up in the emergency room for hours because I blacked out and hit my head on a counter top. To each their own.

Thank you for answering the question!! I think I'll buy one and then add in 75% of my exercise calories. I think it makes a bigger difference for me because I am currently set at losing 1/2 pound per week.

I would get a doctor involved. My mother has a bunch of health problems right now including many bone issues and her doctor told her she is not allowed to exercise in her current state until they get her meds regulated. She did end up losing 40 pounds though by making better food choices.

It depends... if I am home I don't sleep in one but like this past week, I was on vacation at my parents so I slept in it because it is VERY obvious when I am not wearing one.

I guess I should of gave a little more information... I am traveling to DE for a 4 day weekend for Christmas, then to South Carolina for a 4 day weekend for New Years. When I start the program, I want to make sure I can give it my all and do it everyday.

Wow... how did everyone lose weight back in the days of dial up? You know when we couldn't log in after each snack or meals? MFP is an awesome tool and I love it but to say a person will gain it all back if they quit mfp?? It is all about taking what you have learned and applying it.

Years ago I lost 50 pounds with a notebook and pen. It can work, I just like being able to pull the app up on my phone and enter the food. However, with some discipline and motivation it can be done without mfp it is just a nice tool.

I think it depends a lot in much your weight and how much body fat you have prior to a gain or loss. 4 pounds on a small frame and 110 pounds is going to look much different then 4 pounds on 400 pounds.

Thank you for the suggestion... Here is thing.. I hate milk!! lol. I can drink the shakes because the milk flavor is masked but yet get all the nutrition from it.

Done! I used 20 pounds weights. I've checked your challenges daily but always either forget to do it or convince myself that I can't do it. I'm challenging myself to do all of your challenges for the next week.
