Awesome work!! I am working on the maintenance part myself. I have 120 pounds off and I am kinda using trial and error right now. I eat alot, but am very active. I am still losing very small amounts.

First big loss in 2012/2013... Then gained back alot the 2016 took another dip, then gained back again after many injuries, then finally refocused in January 2020 and did it again for the last time. I've lost 118 pounds from my heaviest weight.

I agree with ninerbuff, above that most that say you don't need to lose anymore weight or you are too skinny are overweight! In my experience this has been true!

For me, I am 49 years old, 5'9" with a large frame. I am currently down to 164.8 and 167 was my goal that I wanted so I could beat my low from 2013. I did it! But I am not done yet...I would love to hit the 159 mark so I can say I lost 100 pounds. I am almost at 95 right now. I want that 100!! I am determined!! I will keep…

I am always looking for motivating, inspirational ACTIVE friends. I keep my friends list fairly low in numbers so we can get to know each other better for better interaction. If you are serious about being here and not just here for likes and attention, then you can add me. Let's be each others support!

Me too...I can't add my weight.

Down 11 pounds in 8 weeks for me! I started a week before this challenge. I am getting there!

I too keep fighting the same 5-10 pounds...lose a little, gain a little, lose a little, gain a little. I don't want to maintain. I want to lose. But I am comfortable and I am not putting in the effort I need to to lose it. I want to lose it, but I guess I don't want to do it bad enough. I am going to try to change that…

I actually lost 3 pounds before I started logging on this spreadsheet, but with my bad weekend, it put me back to where I started again. It's only temporary though....
-
I did great for two weeks, then this last week just went up in smoke. Back on track today and hoping to stay focused. Not giving up!!
-
Good morning! I tried to log my weight under todays date on the spreadsheet, but it won't let me. It says the creator has to allow it to be edited?
-
Got it!
-
How do I join? I NEED something to keep me accountable!
-
I'm right there with ya! Can add me too if you like! Lost 90, gained back over half, then lost again, then gained back some more, then just as I was starting to get back on track I broke my ankle. Now losing again. Down 20 and about 40 more to go....
-
Sounds so very familiar! I have recently recovered from a broken ankle and am relosing some gained weight while I was injured and cooped up in my apartment for 2 months. I am currently working on a C210K program and have lost about 13 pounds since April. Feel free to add me if you are going be here regularly and interact…

Me!! I have been here for 4 years?? I have had a hard time finding friends that like to discuss things...I am 46 and need to lose 30+ pounds....I recently had a broken ankle and I let it stop me this winter...I need to lose alot more now and I would love new friends to help keep me motivated!
-
Welcome! You will love it here! Just find some motivating friends to help support you and for you to connect with and it makes it so much more enjoyable.
-
Well done!! You look great!! Keep up the great work!
-
I'm with you!! Even though I broke my ankle.... I need lots of support....

I track for the simple reason that it reassures me that I will lose weight if I am under my goal. It reinforces that I am doing well. There is accountability in it too.
