Been here 4 years or more and still working on myself...
Anyone in the 40's and have been struggling to keep yourself moving? I find every winter I aim to lose weight again, after I gain some during the fall/winter. Recently, I broke my ankle, so that is a real excuse to not exercise, etc..(right??) but not an excuse to over eat! I am ready to get back at it and lose this weight…

My newest NSV....
Took me 3 years, but here is my transformation from not quite my heaviest, but from a very heavy point to my lowest....the same place in 3 different times....the middle one being the current pic... :) I was likely 240 in the left pic...180 in the right pic......170 in the middle pic.... :) Total loss 90 lbs.!!!! :)

Does anyone that has lost a lot of weight find they are cold all of the time? I have lost 80+ pounds and I am always cold and can't see to keep warm. Maybe it is just me?

Just wondering if any of you have a hard time taking a "day off" when you are doing great with your exercise....I am trying to plan tomorrow as a day off, but thinking I will end up doing something anyway....Am I the only one?
