I'm Andrew and I'm from Adelaide, South Australia. I walk, run or cycle (or a combo) every day and need some extra motivation as I don't really seem to have any ultimate goals from my fitness. My primary sport is orienteering so mix alot of road running with bush/trail running. I occasionally do Parkrun on a Saturday…

1. Bush running and went flying over a low single wire fence that blended into the autumn leaves. Long but not deep cut across mid thigh both legs. Was moving quite quickly and must have looked a sight being airbore - and then less of a sight after I landed. If a man falls in a forest can you hear him cry? 2. 1st 24hr…

I started at 188 in May and hit my target of 158 in Oct. Have been in maintenance since. Log everything, stick to your macros.

Oh no - I've lost a 2yr old holding a guinea pig. The number of times I said that on various trips to the pet store.

How far do we have to go??!!
-
Hey Captain - perhaps you should create a team running total in the same way we are going to do individual totals so we can keep an eye on the team progress?

Elbow. Just like Indiana Jones.

Who married Adam and Eve? Come to think of it, who was Adam's best man or Eve's chief bridesmaid? And all this time I was worried that eating an apple was the original sin.....

Stone Forest. Yunnan Province, China. Holiday sans kids. Special travelling haircut!
-
Nice work! I'm on roughly the same track (started at 187 and now 176 - started 6 weeks ago) and about half way to where you are. The pics of the change are amazing! Keep punching those pedals!
-
You've lost 16 pounds! Great effort! Looking good!
-
Snacking and portion sizes. 10kgs over 10 years. Little bit at a time, and not really focussing on the cause. Am now however focussed and its amazing how quickly things can change.

I weighed myself this morn and was actually amazed. Circa 4lbs since last week which is actually more than my target although I've been right on with my calorie intake. I know this sounds crazy so I'm reluctant to post it as a topic, and its kinda embarrassing to bring up but I think its a major reason for the sudden…

A pair of 8's. Work to do on both.

Not a fan. If you want a permanent reminder of a phase in your life, take a photo. But it seems I'm in the minority.

Adelaide these days. Sydney originally. Have opened my diary. Happy to add people.
-
Both look great. You've done an awesome job! And I think you are what makes the definition of a yummy mummy!
-
Keep working at it and those 38's will be loose! Great story of success and progress!
-
When I crave something I log it first and see what it does to my food diary. That usually kills the craving. The sugar addiction fades the less you have - doesn't mean I've cut it out completely, just that I use as a treat/reward and in small quantities.

Started in earnest 1.5 weeks ago. 180cm (5'11") 85kgs (187lb) Goal: Stay same height! 75kgs (167lbs) Feel free to add me. The more motivation to stop snacking and reduce portion size and train a little better/smarter all helps!

Adelaide but originally Sydney, Australia. Am new here. Happy if anyone wants to add me,
