The water tank is the most accurate method. Most universities with an Exercise Physiology program have one. I know here where I live they charge like 50 bucks or something to test it for you.

I know the body wraps at spas work. you lose a good number of inches but it only lasts about 3-5 days. It's pretty good if you need to get into a dress or if you have an event.

Unfortunately it seems that most socializing goes on at clubs or bars. However, you can always try approaching someone while out running or at the gym. You could just start signing up for a lot of activities to try to meet people. Good Luck

Yes. You can use them as snacks too. Also you can add a little water at a time to the powder and make it into a puddling like texture and either eat it as a pudding or spread it on toast.

When you count your carbs make sure you are only counting the grain and fruit carbs. Eat all the veggies you want as long as they aren't starchy. Choose lean meats and watch your cheese consumption.

Buy the tasteless fiber power and mix it in with the oats. You can also eat the fruit first, then eat the oats.
