Hey all

Just browsing the forums, thought I'd make a post here!
Only started using the site yesterday but had heard of it before hand

My name is Lee, 24 years old and I am from UK
I'm 5foot 11, 180cm'ish and weigh 88kg'ish

My aim is to just keep/increase muscle mass and reduce body fat as close to 12% as possible really

Feel free to add me as I literally have no friends on here :-)
