  • I am super sorry to have to tell you this but stretch marks are completely and totally permant. You may be able to find some creams that fade them a little but you will never be able to get rid of them and anything that claims that it can is a scam! Love your body whatever it may be, sorry for the bad news!
  • Per the nutritionist that was at our workout class last Saturday you want 1 gram of protein per lb. of body weight per day, ( and there are about 7 grams per ounce) so someone who weighs 150 would need approx 20 oz of protein a day if they are trying to agin muscle mass.
