It freezes really well also. I always freeze half and it still is very good defrosted and then microwaved.

Walking 3 to 4 miles a day. Eating veggies 5 times a day and using smaller plate at dinner. That has benn my main push and I have lost 50 lbs in a year. Also am eating a 1200 calorie day.

I take a different shirt in to work and change at break and lunch. I get in about 3 miles a day extra just out of that walking. Also, I do squats after going to the bathroom. Every little bit helps when you have a busy day. I get up at 4 am and don't get home until after 5pm. I travel 45 miles one way to work and you don't…

It seems so soon but my husband and I are being driven slowly insane its so quiet.

I also just lost my walking buddy, my 8 year old german shepherd, unexpectantly last Wednesday. It hit me very hard and he is leaving a big hole in my heart. It been a really rough few weeks leading up to last week. I understand exactly how your feeling.

I make my salads ahaed of time and store them in a green baggie. Use veggies tbat doesn't spoil easy. Spinach, carrots, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes etc. My husband also blackens me fish for the week. Works out very well for me
