Don't!. Are you on a really low cal restrictive diet? You should give THAT up. Your body is fighting against that lifestyle for a reason. Pick up some weights, do some sprints, and eat enough to fuel your activity and burn fat. "Eat until you're satisfied, not until you're full." Enough. Good luck.

Daywalker lol. I was going to write that but thought nobody would know what I was talking about. of course! ha.

Lol. Not a post I expected to see lol. I think the pasty skinned people have special needs in the fitness world! We can't tan and show off our muscles as much. The reflecting sun minimized the definition of our fabulous physiques. :P Plus we need to eat more anti oxidants to combat sun damage.

Do not feel guilty about that. It is the best thing to do. If you are already eating at a deficite and THEN add on some exercise you are going to stress your body out. You will gain back the weight or stall the loss all together by eating too low. Do not start your body. Feed your body good choices of nutrients and fuel…

Check out EM2WL (Eat More to Weigh Less) and start strength training to build and replace that muscles you're losing as you age. Drop the idea that you need to eat less and less like an egg and a grapefruit for breakfast and start fueling activity. Tosca Reno's eat clean recipes and workouts are great. She's over 60 and…

You knowwww you can be a geek and work out at the same time. Pop on some Star Trek on netflix and entertain yourself during a home workout. Especially if you've seen it all before, you'll be able to concentrate more on your workout with the entertainment in the background. Or you can get your books on tape ;)

The test is how the low cal dieters gain it all back 8 times out of 10. Those eating and fueling an active lifestyle will watch their peers lose and gain the same weight three times before they reach their own goal, but they'll have a lifelong habit to enjoy.

You're body is happy it's being fed again after what I can assume was a low cal diet. The bod protects itself by reducing the hunger pangs and lowering metabolism when it thinks there's nothing it can do about it's hunger mode. Find out what your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) is (google scooby calculator) and…

Best said by the hot chick :) .... I think this post is a joke though. I really hope so.
-
Oh it's a jooooooke. Sorry I swore my face off at you behind your back in another post. But it was a pretty obnoxious line. I really hope this is a joke.

Hahahah yeah what the **** was that post "Hi! I'm looking for attractive friends". **** them! Haha there is a community on here of people just looking to get laid or be vain. I think I'm pretty good looking but they can go **** themselves for that attidude...do I swear too much. I'm kinda pissed at idiots right now.

TDEE -20% = never starve and lose fat.
-
Oh yeah I looove putting Parmesan on popcorn or on top of soups :)

Ultimately as long as you're getting your nutrition from whole foods, who cares if they're blended up or not. The only problem that could come form eating too many shakes is if you're using protein shakes full of added sweeteners, preservatives, and gums which polute your system and will make you're tummy uneasy and lose…

Yeah I'd have to say that slowing upping throughout the year must help the refeed process, I'm hoping. For years I used to do 1 h cardio some abs. Then four years ago it was 1 h cardio 1.5 hour strength (that was over training!! not eating enough) Three years ago it began 30 min cardio 1 hour strength (still eating around…

Phew I hear you. I'm doing a reset/bulk eating TDEE 3000 cal on a workout day! At first it was nuts and my tummy hurt but after a week I can cram it in there just fine, it's day 10 at TDEE. I found that making sure I ate a huge breakfast when I had the appetite was key to hitting high cals. Clearly you need to get your…

Here here. And then I feel shy telling them that they're eat too little and don't want to say "I told you so" when they gain it back.

Hello, The whole point of EM2WL is NOT to lease weight quickly, because that's how you wreck metabolism and gain it all back. This is a lifestyle adoption, not a short term diet. So while you do want to be at least at you BMR your best place is further above your BMR. Don't take more than a 15%-20% cut. If you work out…

Lucia told me that I should stop cut and go back up to TDEE every 4-6 weeks (for a week), which is about the same time that you should take an exercise break as well. When I started this whole EM2WL I never did the intial TDEE start off because I was already shocked by the 2700-3100 TDEE and thought no way should I eat…
-
Yeah that mental turn around is tough, nearly as tough as stretching your stomach out to eat all that food you've been depriving it. I've been doing EM2WL for about a year, working slowly up to eating TDEE of 2700. This is day 2 of TDEE and I kinda want to barf trying to even get 1800 at dinner. How will I eat another 900…

How long will results last? Clean eating or calorie counting? Both! Clean eating at the right amount of calories to fuel your activity, not just mere starvation.
-
Before making any nutritional decision ask yourself "can I do this every day for the rest of my life?". This is a very important question for shakes because once you go off the shake plan, what do you do? How do you maintain? Changes are you will gain it all back. And maybe you're okay with yo yo dieting, but it's not a…

In a moment of weakness I forgot that these products have never worked before and neither did Roxy Lean. Maybe my appetite was suppressed a bit, but I wasn't trying to starve myself anyways. I eat clean to fuel activity and this did not give me any help.
-
Eat More 2 Weigh Less. If you're not starving yourself, sugar cravings are easier to overcome. Focus your efforts not on restrictions, "don't eat sugar", but focus it on the possitive actions you will do "fill up on whole unprocessed foods first so I don't crave". Good luck.

Well yes and no. Some nubs are going to read this and think they can eat nothing but pizza and guiness. It's an "all things good in moderation" approach, not just eat 1500 cal worth of pizza and you'll be good. Nutrition plays a large role in how your body either wants to burn or store fat, how you feel, the cravings you…

Please don't starve yourself. That's not going to help anybody. And it's not going to detox. It's just going to make you binge when you're finally ready to eat. I'm sorry you and your hubby are being hurtful to each other. But don't keep hurting yourself my not eating.
-
That's great :) Focus on your fitness and making good food choices and you'll have the skills to maintain a lifetime of healthy weight! Make sure you're eating enough to fuel those workouts and keep that metabolism burning. You can do it.

I'm a total diary creeper.
-
Or pick up a weight and do fewer more challenging ones so that you actually work some muscles instead of wasting your time doing 150 of them.

Check out the Eat More to Weigh Less group. Quit the starve binge cycle of low cal dieting. Good luck.
