I do every couple of days, mostly out of curiosity. I think it only becomes a problem if you get upset if you put on a half a pound or a pound day over day. As long as you're tracking your actual *progress* on a weekly basis, I think it's probably okay. Just don't get discouraged if your weight fluctuates.

Thanks all! The consensus seems to be that BodyPump is a pretty good cardio workout, but doing some actual lifting (even on a caloric deficit diet) would also be beneficial.
