Thank you. I've tried everything prior to medication. Nothing worked so I'm sure when I go back to my doctor in August she'll want to put me on something different. I hate medicine!

I would also be interested in finding out an answer to your question as I have the same problem. My pants will fit me in the morning and by evening they're too tight. I drink water, take fiber every morning and still have the problem. It's driving me crazy!

Yes, absolutely! I only have one and it's well hidden and tasteful. I got it for my 40th birthday and other than it being a little faded it doesn't look saggy, lumpy, old, wrinkled, etc. just because I am.

I don't. I've mostly done cardio/walking at a fast pace. I do have 5 pound dumbells but I have no idea what I'm doing with them so I just stopped doing anything. I'm not sure how to lift weights really. I never had a weight issue before and never had to exercise so I'm pretty new at all of it!
