Not enough carbs
After reviewing my food diary I see that I don't get the required amount of carbs that MFP has set for me. Honestly, I always thought carbs were my problem! Does not having the amount MFP sets for me inhibit or help with weight loss?

Based on what a friend told me on MFP I have a few questions. My BMR is really low. It is 1147. I am 5 ft, 1 inch and 131 pounds and am sedentary during the day due to my job.
