i have done ww and i did give it up, i kinda like to be incontrol of everything and on this i can watch everything i want to on ww all there are is points and it doesnt have what salt intake was for day and so on.

yeah i gained about 2 lbs to its the holiday we r not even at normal gain for the holiday they say the normal average weight gain is 5 lbs so we did great

i guess it all depends on if u have bad knees or back already, i do and my husband is an avid runner and will not let me run till i at least hit 200 cuz of all the excess weight i have hes afraid it will mess up my back and knees more, now if u have no issues like i do then i would say u can but start slow and do the run…

i recommend measure and weighing girl it help u get all of it but not over it every little cal can add up if ur over, i use to guess but i didnt lose weight and it was because i was guessing wrong.

i would say to look at what ur eating maybe something with to much sodium might be holding u steady, even if u have the cal and fat u could be eating something ur body is storing so i would say go look at what u were eating before u got stuck and c if its changed.

this is to me a guide to show u what ur eating and how to watch the cal intake and the fat intake thats it nothing more nothing less, it taught me that i can have something sweet but within my cal count or fat count, there is no starvation just training urself u eat and maintian what u need.
