  • Drink water and eat lots of fruit for fiber. Even if you try to reduce carbs, targeting refined sugar and flour is better than reducing fruit intake. I disagree with people who recommend not drinking tea and coffee--they are mostly water and have some diuretic as well as helping with bowel movements. Just don't add sugar.
  • Try talking to a dermatologist. Sometimes specialist know exactly what will help. It sounds like you have particularly difficult skin for shaving. Good luck.

  • BTW: The woman burned by the McDonald's coffee suffered 3rd degree burns. Common sense would indicate that coffee that hot should not be in paper cups, I would say. A jury agreed.
  • Just FYI--Anytime you have a ring with tines, you should have a jeweler look at them every few years. The little knob on the tine can wear away and you can't tell from just looking at it.
