According to my Polar heart rate monitor, I'm averaging about 290 for level 1. I'm only using 3lb weights at the moment, though. That will be changing with tonight's workout. I'm going to up the weights on a few of the exercises. :)

Haha, elghee123, looks like I inadvertently ended up following you over here! I just finished 30 Day Shred and am starting Ripped in 30 today. I've been doing zumba and 5k training for extra cardio with 30ds and plan to do the same with ri30! I hear the Ripped in 30 is more challenging, but I'm ready to take it on.
