SW: 217 CW: 217 GW: 210 by the end of may i'm a fast dieter so my 'starve days' are tuesday and friday. hopefully my weight tomorrow will be under 217. that's a guesstimate as i had a rough week last week and fell into the junk food aisle head first at the weekend. Weigh in Dates: 5/1 5/4 5/12 5/18 5/25 End of Month (i…

i've had infrequent attacks for the last 7 years. by infrequent i mean less than once a month, and having looked at the various dietary changes recommended, none of them seem to trigger anything. the only thing that i can see a link to is totm! i'm not sure why that is, but ive seen other women making the same link.…

when i think of processed, i generally think of things that can sit at room temperature on the shelf with long use by dates. fresh fruit and veg, raw meats/seafood and fresh dairy i consider as being close to their natural state, even though technically they aren't. if it can be removed from a box/packet, warmed through…

i wonder what it is in that list that makes my temperature shoot through the roof and me throw up violently within 30 mins of eating it??

don't forget, not everyone on this site is american. tipping isn't expected in other countries and most tattoo artists i know set their own rates working more like contractors than employees.

there are a couple paleo groups on here, you're best joining one and asking them. threads on the general boards tend to deteriorate pretty quickly... i followed it and liked it, but my bank balance didn't

my ex bf was a bit like this. he always had people to give him rides, me, his sister etc, and didn't see any reason why he should get his license. he wasn't confident that he could handle a car, (he was 42 at the time.) he'd had lessons but was in no rush to take it further. then one day i'd driven us somewhere and i got…

are you actually lifting weights for the full hour? or are you doing like most people and lifting for maybe 20 mins at most and 'recovering' for the rest of the time. and if your cardio is swimming how hard are you swimming? cos 1 hour easy breaststroke is very different to 1 hour of hard freestyle. you need to track your…

personally i think thigh gaps are disgusting. even on someone who is perfectly proportioned they scream underfed to me. i prefer a muscular look. give me a bulky sprinter over a distance runner any day.

i'm trying to go sugar free as of monday coming. i was pretty much sugar free in jan and feb, but then the old habits crept back in. wish me luck.
-
don't cut it out, but remember that your body metabolises all sugar in the same way. try to eat lower sugar fruits like berries over things like grapes or melon. or sweeter veggies.

also, try figleaves.com

i think an ex friend off mine used to have to go to either nordstrom or bloomingdales to get the size and brands she needed. she was in a 44gg if i remember right. but i know it was only the expensive department stores that carried what she needed.

you're simply not eating enough. you never go over 1200 calories and burn up to 1000. that means your body is trying to sustain itself on 200 net calories.

i lost 35lbs a couple years back and i've recently put 25 of them back on. so i'm trying to figure out a long term way to lose them and keep them off. no more quick fixes...

it's not the person eating the food that i don't understand, it's the other people congratulating them and essentially encouraging under-eating. on the days i don't come close my target, i know personally i'd rather have someone point that out than celebrate missing 600 food calories. i guess it's just my weight loss mind…

not so much the last couple weeks, but i'm trying to get back to it.

when it's exercise calories then that's different, i rarely eat those either. it's the number of pure food calories that gets to me. i'm glad i'm not the only one who doesn't like commenting.

i go through phases like that. unfortunately, the last time i did go nuts. went from maintaining for 15 months to gaining 25lbs in 6 months
