I am married and my wife refuses to get on MFP with me. That's fine but then she eats what she wants and really knows how to cook. Her speacilty is delicious cakes and she makes one a week. It is very hard to stay on track. I can relate. Feel free to add me

I have been a police officer for 7 years now. I have a two year degree in CJ and I was thinking of a BS in psychcology instead of CJ. Before that I was an MP in the army during two tours in Iraq. Feel free to add me and good luck!!

I just downloaded the app. Couldn't figure out the bar code. Where do you look to see if you are on track for the day. As in a comparison of your goal versus what you actually took in each day.?
