  • OY! ok, generally people need around 1200 cals a day. Extreme dieting is NOT healthy and comes with a lot of risks. Why did you do it in the first place? Eating clean and exercising, that's the way to go. One more ingredient you need is PATIENCE! It will take time, there is no magic pill. Hope it helps.
  • Hello there, I believe you are setting yourself up for failure, no worries, most people do. If I may offer some advise, set goals to what YOU can control. For example, you can control what you eat and if you workout, you cannot control how much weight/inches you will lose in a specific time frame. Makes sense?

  • Hi there, remember, you CANNOT control how much weight you will lose in what time frame. You can only control what you DO to lose the weight. Don't stress yourself, it does take time. Most important is, eating clean!
  • ha ha! I just read up on those, lol. The zombies are not allowed to touch you in any way, they are only allowed to go after your flag. Also, while waiting in line at an obstacle, they are not allowed to chase/touch you or your flag. Same for while you are on an obstacle. Looks really like a lot of fun.:)

  • Lol! I know how you feel! I have been there as well. Waiting for equipment, dirty equipment and so on. Veeeery annoying. But since you like Zumba, have you heard of Turbofire or tried it?
