My reward this month is wearing the smallest size dress in my friend's wedding. Before starting to lose weight I was the largest!

I just track the calories... I'm willing to work out extra for a few glasses of wine (& some chocolate).

Turned 35 this year... Made me realize I'm not willing to spend the rest of my life unhappy & self conscious about my body.

You look great! So healthy & happy! I'm 5'6" & started on here at 191 & you are a great inspiration. Thank you for sharing!

Hi, I'm Juanita...I've been single for 2yrs now & I have been on MFP for a month. I live in the Central NY area & am the mama of a really kickass 4yr old boy :) I've recently started running & have my 1st 5k this coming Tuesday & then my 2nd on 6/30. I would like to meet people that are near me & would like to hang out...…

You should probably take NSAIDS for a while. They will help with the inflammation. If your doctor diagnosed you he/she should have given you a plan of care.

It's hard... Especially when your sitter cancels on you! (mine just canceled for tomorrow) I try doing as many physical activities w/ my son as possible. I've only been trying to get healthy for a month now, but so far we're doing ok!

Not trashy...I have my son's name on the inside of my right wrist & my ex-husband has it on his forearm. We both love them & our son loves looking at his name on us. I find tattoos (done well) are beautiful. Once I reach my goal weight I'll be rewarding myself w/ a new one.

Guess where Captain America will be next Saturday!!!! *I'm still waiting for the answer

You can still do many exercises while pregnant. Make sure to discuss your weight concerns with your obgyn. If you are overweight you can still have a healthy baby without gaining a ton of weight. I gained 13lbs during my pregnancy & had a perfect & healthy 10lb baby boy. Congrats!

Love, love, love, Puzo!

@SomeoneSomepl 8.5 great smile, beautiful hair & congrats on being so close to your goal!

Is there a Fleet Feet near you? The one near me offers a 10 wk No Boundaries begin to run program. Learning to run w/ a group of people at the same level as myself really helps keep me motivated. There are trainers & local athletes & Drs that come w/ tips & exercise ideas. I have a little over 3 wks before we run our 5k.

This made me cry, too. I finish my 5k training in a few weeks & our race is June 30th. Thank you!

Don't marry him! Move to Texas like you were thinking about & don't look back!

I've had it in 2 months now without any bad side effects (spotting, but I was told to expect that). I was worried about acne & weight gain, but was willing to try it becsuse of how heavy my periods were.

I can picture the "walk of shame" while sucking each cheesey orange finger.

I know a few people that had luck w/ Plenty of Fish. I know I need to get myself out there into the dating world, but I'm too self conscious. Let us know how it goes! Maybe once I reach my goal weight I'll try it out, too :)

I started at 191 so we're very close!

My 1st 5k is in a few weeks... I'm hoping to run all of it. Before reading this I would have put "run" b/c I never thought of myself as a runner... Thank you!
-
You can add me...I've been using just the phone app & just looked at the website a few days ago & discovered all of you. It would be great to not do this alone.
-
I'm in a similar program & like you I was never a runner. Last Monday my group had to run 18mins straight (plus 4min intervals) & I'm proud to say I did it plus 2 extra mins b/c I was so far ahead of my group I didn't hear our coach yelling to stop :) We're only supposed to run 3x a week with rest days in between, but this…

I'm a single mom of a 4yr old son w/ SPD. I'm new to this site & would love to know others that are dealing w/ the guilt of spending time on yourself. I know that a healthy/happy me makes for a better mom, but I hate leaving my son w/ a sitter for an hour after being at daycare all day so I can run/work out. I try to do a…

I started a training program for a 5k & using this site 3wks ago. Right now I'm interval "running" 3x a week & staying @ 1200 calories & that seems to be working (so far). I think (when just starting out) any exercise that you enjoy & can stick with is great. I have always thought i hated cardio, but I actually kind of…
