I lost 20lbs before I saw/measured a noticeable difference. After that the inches just fell off! A lot of the weight lost at first is water weight! LOL...I run a home child care (11 kids, 2 are mine), so my day is pretty crazy! As far as the NEED for cardio, I base it on the fitness plan, put together between myself and my trainer, to reach my goals. I'm in good enough shape to handle it physically it's just the mental blah-ness of it that's got me down!

I absolutely LOVE the classes offered, but they are only in the evenings 5pm-7pm! Unfortunately I work from 6am-6pm and I have my kids so my work out time slot is vary narrow. Early morning 4am-6am. the one thing I can not give up is my 24oz Soy, white chocolate mocha with carmel! I no longer drink them EVERYDAY....only 'bout 2-3 times a month, but I can't just quit cold turkey! I figure...I gave up smoking I can keep my DAMN coffee! :)

as long as you are eaten enough to fuel your body and do not not physically feel like you're over doing it....getting light headed, head aches, nausea or just feeling all around fatigued...i wouldn't worry too much about it! I am glad to hear that at such a young age you realize how important exercise is for your health…

Mine was seeing a picture taken of me 2 months after my 2nd child was born at my sister's wedding reception. I knew I put on weight, but that pic was an eye opener. I was a size 18 and now..3 years later..I am feeling good and looking good and wearing a size 4!

Just stay positive! You don't have to make a complete lifestyle overhaul in one day...ease into whatever it was she/he suggested. Small changes add up over time!

i also agree, but yes we've all been there. They taste good because of all the CRAP in them, but I'm more worried about the sodium. Just make sure to drink plenty of water and it's fine. unless you're scarfing em down like potato chips....then I'd be a bit more concerned
