I am at my goal weight and am still logging everything that goes into my mouth and also I weigh daily. I plan to log religiously for at least another 6 months. I am am planning to have a 5 pound window, if I weigh 5 pounds over goal for more than a week, i plan to go back into weight loss mode. I have 2 weeks of vacation…

I am 5ft3 and started in January at 152 ( though my highest weight was above 200 in 1999). I am 40 years old. I initially set my goal weight to 125 and am currently at 123, and the scale will not budge and I seem to have settled in here to live :). I definitely could lose 8-10 more pounds, but am thankful for where I am…

Actually, I do not think I look less pretty, but definitely look a bit older as I get thinner in the face. I am 40, so a little fat on the face actually made me look younger.
-
I wish I could give you thr answers...:) I am now 2 pounds below my original goal (am 123)and the lower I get the worse by belly fat looks! I am not sure I can do much about loose skin that only gets looser! I wish I could exercise like a fool and eat no carbs.. lol.. but there is always spanx! I never have eaten back…

Great job!!!
-
sausage biscuit with mustard and grape jelly... not eating them anymore, soo bad for you!
-
I usually do not lose anything for the 3-4 prior and then a few days after it is over, I will drop 2- 3 pounds overnight. All water, no worries.

I drive from Orlando,FL to Georgia every 6-8 weeks with two HUGE ice chests in tow and stock up! LOVE TJ's!!!!

I do not have cheat days. I zig zag my calories, so if I am craving something, I fit it into my higher calorie count days. No food is off limits to me... ever. But the further I get into this new lifestyle, the foods I used to love do not appeal to me much. I am very close to goal and do not see my daily intake changing…

Thanks so much for the insight and suggestions.

You look GREAT!!!! Congrats!

1) Honestly, I just eat as I go. All my planning is really in the grocery shopping, making sure there are lots of choices to pick from. I never go over on calories, so I must be doing something right! :) 2) Chobani Greek Yogurt is my go to dessert. 3) Walking is my only real exercise(but I do at least 10,000 steps a day)…

My Dr told me about 4 years ago that my daughter was borderline overweight. It upset me so much. I look at her now and she has naturally slimmed out so much between age 4 and 8 that my doc never again has said a word. Maybe just be very aware and work on snacking and portion size.. otherwise, no diet!!!

For my family of 3, easily $200 plus....so depressing...
-
Was on the go, just McDonald's oatmeal.
-
chobani greek yogurt....yummmmm

I will not eat Pork Rinds, Doritos,Fritos, Butter, Mayo or Gravy.... I do not like most salty foods... but I will cut you for a beignet or doughnut!!! :)

I am 5ft3 at 128 (started at 152 in Jan) now and hope to get to 125 with a 3 pound range to go either way and still be ok...128 will be my "gotta scale back a bit" alert weight when I am maintaining. I feel great right now at 128, but like others have said... it all depends on build. I am a curvy, busty girl, so much lower…
-
5ft3, and currently 129, starting weight 152. I am zig zagging calories to take off the last 5, so I vary between 1200-1600 calories a day.
-
You look Great!!!! :) Good Work!

I am 5ft3 and my goal is 125,and I am currently 129. These last pounds are coming off slow. I really think it matters how you are built and your age. I am busty, with an average waist and hip size. I am also 40 years old. I honestly do not think I could maintain anything below 125 longterm. Good luck!

I have been doing it for the last two weeks because my weight loss stalled. I think it is working, because I have started losing again. I was skeptical at first because it upped my calories 2-400 calories on some days. *It is worth mentioning that I was 7 pounds from goal after 21 pounds lost when I started zig-zagging,…

Wow! You look great, so pretty and so much younger! :)
-
Congrats!!!! I went from a 36E to a 32F(UK sizing company). I love being a smaller band size but do not love the extra "SAG" that definitely comes with losing the weight that requires a good bra!!!!!!
-
Congrats!! A smaller band size is awesome! I know a good fitting bra can make you instantly look 5-10 pounds thinner!!!
-
I would! I started Jan 10th at 152, 5ft3 and am currently 130. I am in my last 5 pounds from my goal (the hardest ones to lose) and would love to friend up wth someone!
-
WOW! AMAZING! You look soooo great!!!!
-
You look great! How tall are you?

I just bought the individual bags of 24 on amazon, which is great for portion control because they are that good!
