LOVE LOVE LOVE FitnessBlender! I like that their backdrop and format is simple. No techno music or uneccesary hype. Just good, difficult, effective workouts. I am sore every single time I do their workouts. Kelly's Booty/lower body workouts = KILLER. I had a hard time squatting down to put on my shoes the next day! HA!

It's most likely a combination of the person measuring differences as well as height loss due to intervertebral disc compression. Doing okay logging... even went to a Christmas party last night and logged it! Yeay! Lost another pound this week too. I'm a little late joining, but I'm in! The iPhone app makes it SUPER easy to log, I just go on and log everything immediately after (or before if I need to find out what to order, etc) I eat. SO THANKFUL for that!
